1. How do I know which size is the best for me?
1. Prepare your favourite t-shirt at home and measure it.
2. Check the following table about our products and find the one which is matching the best with your measurements!
US customers should order a size up as the EU sizes for this supplier correspond to a smaller size in the US market!
Product measurements
A Length
Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.
B Chest
Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
C Sleeve length
Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

2. Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the order’s size, weight, and destination to provide your customers with accurate shipping costs at checkout, you will see the available shipping methods based on your delivery location. These may include:
- Express – Fastest delivery.
- Standard – Regular shipping.
- Standard rate with CO2 offsetting.
- Standard DDP – For the UK, this includes duties and taxes in the shipping cost.
If a shipping method isn’t available in your area, it won’t appear at checkout. For example, if Express shipping isn’t supported in a specific country, only Standard options will show.
A few important notes
- Express shipping requires a phone number. Make sure you collect it from your customers to avoid shipping delays.
- Carrier selection is automatic. We’ll choose the best carrier for your shipment based on the selected shipping method and delivery location. You’ll find the carrier info in your shipping confirmation email when the order is dispatched and on the invoice.
3. How can I cancel/modify my order?
Online orders cannot be cancelled or modified after payment. If you decide not to claim your order after payment, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then return it according to the normal return procedure.
4. How can I return a product?

5. Where is my order?
To see where your order is, use the link sent in the confirmation email about the shipping.
6. How can I apply discount codes?
Discounts with coupon codes can be entered during the purchase process on the cart page, in the “Do you have a discount code?” field. Discounts related to club members, birthdays, or other events can be applied in the second step of the payment process.
7. What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

The quantity of products available for order is determined based on the estimated number of units in stock at the time. Tendam makes every effort to ensure that each product is available to its customers. However, in some cases, due to human error or IT system errors, we may not be able to fulfill your order. If there is a problem with the delivery or the product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the price of the product(s) that is out of stock. If you have not received prior notification, but upon receiving the package you notice that one or more products are missing, please contact our customer service, who will refund the price of the missing product(s) after the necessary verification. If a product becomes unavailable after placing the order, we will notify you by email or phone. In this case, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in full.

9. What might I expect if I order from the United Kingdom?
Customs and Taxes
The United Kingdom is a country outside the European Union, therefore shipments from Hungary may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customs Authority may require payment of UK import duties and Value Added Tax (VAT).
Payment is generally the responsibility of the recipient (Customer), unless the Webshop settles the charges in advance (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
Customs Clearance and Delivery
Delivery times may vary from EU deliveries due to customs procedures.
The courier or postal service handles customs clearance and related administration, and will inform the Customer of any fees to be paid.
Special Regulations for Certain Products
Products containing certain materials, such as lead or other chemical substances, may be restricted or require authorization under UK regulations (REACH, toxicological regulations).
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that importation of the product is permitted in the destination country.
Prices and Costs
The prices displayed in the Webshop are net prices and do not include shipping costs, import duties, VAT, or any other local taxes.
The final shipping cost is indicated during the order process.
